Veteran Indian opener Smriti Mandhana has officially joined the Adelaide Strikers for the forthcoming 10th season of the Women's Big Bash League (WBBL). The announcement was made by the team on Tuesday. This will be Mandhana's fourth stint in the WBBL, having previously played for Brisbane Heat, Hobart Hurricanes, and Sydney Thunder. Her impressive performance includes a memorable century against Melbourne Renegades in season 7.

She is only the second player to achieve this feat, alongside Australia's Ellyse Perry.
