Shivam Dube scripts history with 30 consecutive T20I wins
What's the story
Indian all-rounder Shivam Dube has written his name in the history of cricket as the first player to win 30 consecutive T20 Internationals (T20I).
The Mumbai-born cricketer, who made his T20I debut against Bangladesh in Delhi on November 3, 2019, has played 35 T20Is for India till date.
Despite a rough start, India hasn't lost a single T20I match Dube has played since his fifth.

Dube's contribution to India's T20I success
Dube was a key member of the Indian side that thrashed New Zealand 5-0 in the series in January 2020, featuring in all five games.
In 2024, he was part of the playing XI in 15 T20Is, including eight in the T20 World Cup, all of which India won.
Although not initially picked for the recent five-match series against England, Dube was called in as a replacement and played a crucial role in India's wins in the last two games.

Dube's Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise, Chennai Super Kings (CSK), took to social media to celebrate his one-of-a-kind achievement.

The recognition underscores the significant role Dube has played in India's T20I success over the past few years.

In his T20I career for India, Dube has batted 26 times, scoring 531 runs at 31.23 with four half-centuries.
His highest score is an unbeaten 63 off just 32 balls against Afghanistan in Indore on January 13, 2024.
He has also claimed 13 wickets in his bowling stint across 24 innings (ER: 9.36).
His best bowling figures are three wickets for just 30 runs in four overs.
