Masood to have a say in player selection
Despite rumors of his dismissal earlier this month, recent reports indicate that Masood will not only continue as captain but also participate in player selection for the upcoming series. The form of openers Abdullah Shafique and Saim Ayub is also under scrutiny. Despite Babar Azam's down spiral in Test cricket, his position in the team seems secure.
Batting line-up and spinners under consideration
As per reports, the batting line-up is likely to include Masood, Babar, Saud Shakeel, Abdullah Shafique, Salman Ali Agha, Mohammad Rizwan, Kamran Ghulam, and Muhammad Huraira.
