Mushtaq also urged Pakistan to "teach India a lesson" in the upcoming match, which will be played in Dubai on February 23.
He was frustrated with BCCI's behavior, saying that even though Pakistani fans admire Indian cricketers, the sentiment is not reciprocated by India.
"Their tantrums just don't end. We are singing their praises...but their tantrums just don't end. I don't know in which world they are living in, " Mushtaq said during an interview on Pakistan's 24 Digital channel.

Mushtaq also shared his own ordeal of alleged harassment while applying for an Indian visa.
He was named New Zealand's spin consultant for the India Test series last October but couldn't get a visa.
"I booked online (visa appointment) from Leicester where I live and got an appointment two weeks later. They made me sit in queue for four hours. I felt a bit embarrassed and I was disappointed as well," he added.

Mushtaq further slammed India's refusal to play cricket in Pakistan, calling it a "bizarre attitude."
He urged the ICC to intervene and called for Pakistan to take a firm stance against this behavior.
The former spinner further added, "Pakistan should take a stand and teach them a lesson."
His remarks come amid increasing tensions between the two cricketing nations, as they gear up for their Group A match in the Champions Trophy.
