Saqib Mahmood floors India with triple-wicket maiden in 4th T20I
What's the story
England pacer Saqib Mahmood tormented India with a triple-wicket maiden in the powerplay during the 4th T20I being held in Pune.
Jofra Archer started by conceding 12 runs in the first over before Mahmood came in and bowled a solid 2nd over.
He dismissed Sanju Samson and Tilak Varma off the first two balls.
Thereafter, Suryakumar Yadav perished for a four-ball duck.

A short ball angled into the body of Samson did the batter in.
In came Varma and he decided to give a charge. Varma ran down the wicket and tried to go down the ground, but the ball angled away and flew off the outside edge toward third man.
Suryakumar then shuffled across to whip a ball but was caught at short mid-on.

As per Cricbuzz, Mahmood is the first English player to bowl a triple-wicket maiden and the first from any team to do so against India in T20Is.
The second over is also the joint earliest a bowler managed a triple-wicket maiden in a T20I alongside Jerome Taylor, against SA in Gqeberha in 2007.
