What's the story

Sachin Tendulkar, in an exclusive conversation with former marine commando Praveen Kumar Teotia, recounted how the valour displayed by the Indian security forces during the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, inspired Team India to secure victory against England in Dec 2008. India won the 2-match Test series 1-0. Let's look back at the grave England tour of India 2008.

Summary

England were scheduled to play 7-match ODI series and 2-match Test series between 9th Nov-23rd Dec on their visit to India. During the 5th ODI match in Cuttack, the ill-fated Mumbai terror attacks took place, causing the cancellation of the last two ODI matches as the visitors returned to England. England team, however, agreed to come back and play the Test series in December.
