Karthik notches highest career T20 score
Dinesh Karthik notched his highest score in IPL and T20 cricket overall. The KKR skipper slammed his 18th career IPL fifty. This was his second fifty in IPL 2019. The senior cricketer registered seven fours and nine sixes. DK is one short of registering 100 career IPL sixes (99). He also went past 350 fours in IPL (354).
Chawla gets to 149 career IPL scalps
Piyush Chawla registered the best figures by a KKR bowler in IPL 2019 (3/20). Chawla has raced to 149 career IPL wickets and needs two more to surpass Amit Mishra (150). Sunil Narine (2/25) now has 120 career IPL scalps.
Some interesting individual feats achieved
Ajinkya Rahane (34) hit five fours and one six. He has registered 400 career IPL fours. Varun Aaron (2/20) picked up his maiden wicket in IPL 2019. Andre Russell (14) became the eighth player this season to surpass the 400-run mark. He is the top run-scorer for KKR (406). Jofra Archer now has the second highest dot balls this season (121).
