Saturday had some mouth-watering clashes for the football fans across the globe. Chennaiyin FC stunned Bengaluru FC to win the Indian Super League title. Mohamed Salah carried Liverpool past Watford with four solo goals in the Premier League. Manchester United beat Brighton 2-0 to reach the semi-finals of the FA Cup. Here is the round-up.
Chennaiyin FC are 2017-18 ISL champions
Bengaluru FC were denied a piece of history in the debut season in the Indian Super League after valiant Chennaiyin FC stole the thunder with a 3-2 victory. This was Chennaiyin's 2nd ISL title. Sunil Chhetri helped BFC get an early lead, before Mailson Alves scored a brace for Chennaiyin. Raphael Augusto made it 3-1, before Miku got a goal back in injury time.
Premier League: There's no stopping Salah
Mohamed Salah is having a dream debut season for Liverpool as the Egyptian helped the Reds thrash Watford 5-0 in the Premier League. Salah enjoyed a four-goal feast to race to 28 EPL strikes this season. Liverpool climbed to the third place in the table above Tottenham Hotspur. The Reds haven't lost a single match at home this season in EPL.

Salah has netted 36 goals for Liverpool this season across all competitions which is most by any player in his debut campaign. He is also the first Egyptian to score a EPL hat-trick. Interestingly, he also scored four goals from four shots.
Manchester United, Spurs reach FA Cup semis
Premier League biggies Manchester United and rivals Tottenham Hotspur reached the semi-finals of the FA Cup. While United beat Brighton and Hove Albion 2-0 at home, Spurs rallied to a 3-0 victory against Swansea away. Romelu Lukaku and Nemanja Matic scored for United in an otherwise uninspiring performance. Meanwhile, Christian Eriksen's brace and a goal from Erik Lamela assured Spurs progression.
