On the fourth day of the Test, Bangladesh resumed their innings needing an additional 357 runs for victory. Jadeja's skillful bowling kept them on their toes as he exploited the rough patches outside off-stump. India scored 376 in their 1st innings, riding on a century from Ravichandran Ashwin and a score of 86 from Jadeja. In response, Jasprit Bumrah's four-fer saw Bangladesh fold for 149.
