Here is a complete round-up of all that is coming to PUBG Mobile with the 0.13.0 update.
A squad deathmatch mode is now available
Are you a fan of Arcade: War and its fast-paced gameplay? If yes, then you will love Deathmatch because the new mode is simply exhilarating. Playable in TPP as well as FPP, it allows two teams to battle it out for a limited time with pre-selected weapons and unlimited respawns. The team with the most kills wins. This mode is also available during room-creation.
PUBG Mobile and Godzilla: King of Monsters collaboration
The result of this collaboration is a Godzilla based theme and some cool outfits. There isn't any kaiju-inspired game mode as of now. But you do get to see some graffiti in various locations and even the monster itself in Erangel. Vikendi will now have vehicle trails and footprints to make the gameplay trickier. The game's anti-cheat system has also been improved.
New rankings and reporting systems are in place
Each match will now have MVPs who will receive their own pose and will be showcased post-match. The game has a dedicated button for climbing and in case a player is killed by friendly fire, they can decide whether their team-mate should lose merit. Top 100 players will now receive a popularity gift and permanent items will now increase players' 'Charisma Ranking'.
Changes in the zombie modes and Deathmatch achievements
PUBG Mobile has done away with a few zombies and added different ones. Liquid Nitrogen Grenades are now more powerful and last longer. Zombies now come with various abilities, for example, Skinners can slow players. The police station has been replaced by a new factory. Playing the Deathmatch mode will now earn players new achievements like Victory Legion, T-800, Envoy of War, and more.
Other changes that have been made to the game
Inventory has been revamped a bit and the changes will be noticeable once you open it. There are new Arcade Mode timings. Mondays and Wednesdays: Sniper Training and War; Tuesdays and Thursdays: Mini-Zone and Quick Match; Fridays to Sundays: All Arcade modes are available. Mission rewards can now be collected at once and there are new clan insignias along with a latency indicator.
