Pragyan Ojha suffers head injury during Duleep Trophy
Pragyan Ojha, the off-spinner for India Green suffered a freak head injury while fielding at mid-on. Ojha was hit in the head by the pink ball which lifted off the ground unexpectedly as he was attempting to stop a shot hit by India Blue's Pankaj Singh. He has been rushed to hospital, accompanied by coach WV Raman, and is said to be stable.

Pragyan Ojha is an Indian left arm spinner. He was born on 5 September 1986 in Bhubaneshwar. He emerged as a promising cricketer when he took 29 wickets in six games of the 2006-07 season of Ranji Trophy for the Hyderabad team. As a part of India A team, he gave consistent performances during tours to Zimbabwe and South Africa.
Phillip Hughes, Raman Lamba succumb to injuries
On 25 November 2014, Australian ODI and Test batsman Phillip Hughes was struck on the neck by a bouncer from New South Wales bowler Sean Abbott. Hughes died on 27th November 2014, after surgeries and an induced coma failed to mend his injuries. India's Raman Lamba died on 23 Feb'98 after being hit on the head while fielding at forward-short-leg, in Bangladesh's league cricket.
