Possible feuds involving CM Punk if he joins AEW
CM Punk is one of the greatest wrestlers to step inside in the ring of pro-wrestling to date. Being a five-time world champion in WWE, Punk is famous for his foul-mouthed attitude. While he might have left WWE owing to differences, he is still a fan-favorite, as rumors are ripe that he could join AEW. On the same note, we analyze his possible feuds.
A clash of the legends in the World
We start the list with a clash between two former WWE veterans. Punk likes to call himself the Best in the World. However, after he left WWE, Chris Jericho started to claim that he is the Best in the World at what he does. Well, not exactly similar to Punk, but enough to infuriate him, as he could challenge Jericho to determine who's better.
To go after the boss
Punk has a tendency to go after the boss when things don't go his way, as was the case in WWE. As he earned immense popularity for the same, chances are he could do the same with AEW's Executive vice president Cody, who too is a an alumni of WWE. Meanwhile, this feud would be best suited for Punk as a face.
To set the record straight to The Lunatic
Jon Moxley shocked the world of pro-wrestling when he jumped ship, from WWE to AEW. While he has gone after Kenny Omega since then, he has been rambling about how he's going to make this his yard. Meanwhile, Punk had a long-standing issue with Moxley back in WWE and could well be looking to continue the feud here and shut him up for good.
The clash of the two most prolific pro-wrestling athletes
AEW's roster is packed with superstars. And, one of their most prolific signings has been in the form of Kenny Omega. As said above, Omega is currently feuding Moxley. It could be possible that Punk could target Omega by costing him his match against Moxley to begin a healthy rivalry. Moreover, this feud is certain to blow off AEW's roof.
Shut MJF up for good
Analyzing a never-before done feud, Punk could have a rich rivalry with Maxwell Jacob Friedman (MJF). Ever since making his debut, MJF has been rambling about how he is the best and the others in the company don't deserve the same success as him. This would be enough to infuriate Punk once again, and he could debut as a face to shut MJF up.
