#IndiaInAustralia: Mitchell Johnson slams Virat Kohli - Know why
What's the story
Former Australian fast bowler Mitchell Johnson has slammed Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli for his antics in the recently concluded second Test in Perth versus Australia.
The 30-year-old was at loggerheads with his Aussie counterpart Tim Paine during the second Test.
Australia won the match by 146 runs to level the series at 1-1.
And Johnson called Kohli disrespectful and silly.

Johnson feels Kohli's behavior was disrespectful
Johnson criticized Kohli in his column for Fox Sports.
"At the end of the match, you should be able to look each other in the eyes, shake hands and say 'great contest'. "Virat Kohli could not do that with Tim Paine, shaking the Australian captain's hand but barely making eye contact with him. To me, that is disrespectful."

"Kohli gets away with more than most cricketers simply because he is Virat Kohli and he gets placed on a pedestal but this Test left the Indian captain looking silly," Johnson opined.

Both captains played down incident post the Test
It was earlier reported that Kohli belittled Paine as just "a stand-in captain".
But the BCCI denied the allegations.
Kohli in his post-match conference described the exchanges as "competitive banter" and felt these things should be left on the field.
Aussie skipper Paine also played things down and said that both teams wanted to win.
He added that Kohli's behavior wasn't worrying him.
