Grading system
BCB reverts to universal grading system for contracts
The BCB has reinstated a universal grading system, categorizing players into five groups: A+, A, B, C, and D, replacing the previous format-based classification (Test, ODI, and T20I).
This revamped structure ensures that top performers receive due recognition.
Among those placed in the A category are Test and ODI captain Najmul Hossain Shanto, Mehidy Hasan Miraz, Litton Kumar Das, and veteran wicketkeeper-batter Mushfiqur Rahim.
