Srinivasan barred from attending BCCI's SGM
The Supreme Court on Monday barred N Srinivasan from attending the Special General Meeting of the BCCI to be held on 18 April. The apex court also said that Srinivasan cannot be nominated by the BCCI to represent the board at the International Cricket Council meetings as he stands disqualified. Next hearing of the case will be held on April 17.

Despite being warned by the Committee of Administrators (CoA), former Board of Control for Cricket in India president N Srinivasan and former Saurashtra CA head Niranjan Shah attended the Special General Meeting chaired by board's acting president CK Khanna. Other biggies present at the meeting were Indian Premier League chairman Rajeev Shukla, TC Matthew, Ranjib Biswal and G Ganga Raju.
Meeting adjourned by joint secretary
BCCI joint Secretary Amitabh Chaudhary adjourned the SGM in Delhi after some members attending the meeting were ineligible to attend as per the suggested Lodha reforms.
What did court say about ineligible members?
"The man who is disqualified stands disqualified. There is a cap of 70 years given by this court. It is difficult to comprehend that a man who is not eligible goes to ICC to represent the BCCI. We do not want violation of our orders."
BCCI's SGM to be held on April 18
After Supreme Court's hearing on Monday, BCCI's acting president C.K. Khanna convened that the adjourned Special General Meeting will be held on 18 April 2017 at 5 PM. The main agenda of the meeting would be to nominate board's representative at the ICC meetings. The proposed changes in the ICC's constitution and financial model will also be discussed in the meeting.
