Injured Neymar named in Brazil's 23-man squad
What's the story
Brazil have named talisman Neymar in their 23-man 2018 FIFA World Cup squad. The player has been recovering from a broken foot. He underwent surgery on his fractured metatarsal in March 2018. The Paris Saint-Germain versatile forward will be hoping to recover in time with the mega event starting from June 14 onwards. He was expected to be out for at least three months.

With France, Spain and holders Germany too in contention, the South American giants need moments of magic and it's Neymar who can provide that. Both players enjoyed solid form this season.
