#GamingBytes: All about the upcoming update of PUBG Mobile
PUBG Mobile has announced its new update 0.13.0 which will bring new items as well as improvements to the game. Its beta version is already being tested by various people and according to a recent leak, the update could be officially released on May 31. Interestingly, the developers are also working on a more robust anti-cheat system for the game. Here's all about it.
A 10-year ban on anyone who is caught cheating
PUBG Mobile, in its discord post, announced stricter rules against cheaters. "We take this issue (cheating) very seriously; as such, each account in violation has received a 10-year ban. We would like to remind all players about the importance of fair play and thank you for keeping PUBG MOBILE fair and fun," the post said. Update 0.13.0 will come with a better anti-cheat system.
What could the new update bring to the game?
Since more than a million players tested the beta, we already know that the new update will be pretty interesting. The game will have a special partnership with Godzilla: King of the Monsters movie and a gun named Bizon. There will also be a DeathMatch Mode available in TPP and FPP, four new zombies and a new building 'Abandoned Factory' in Survive Till Dawn.
What more will this update bring?
The game might also bring new control settings for FPP, MVP emotes in inventory, changes to the portable closets, as well as armor mechanics. Walking, crawling or operating a vehicle on the snow will now leave marks and Liquid Nitrogen Mine will become more effective. Tyrant, G, Licker and Zombie Cop won't feature in the game any longer and major bugs will be fixed.
What is the DeathMatch Mode?
DeathMatch is similar to Arcade Mode: War with players getting the ability to respawn. It can be accessed from a new EvoGround Section named 'TOM: Warehouse' and has two teams of four people fighting against each other. Each player selects the weapon before the match starts and whichever team kills the maximum number of people (up to 40) in 10 minutes wins.
