Former skipper Dhoni to receive Padma Bhushan from President today
Former Indian skipper MS Dhoni is set to receive the Padma Bhushan award from the President of India on Monday in the capital. MS Dhoni, along with illustrious billiards player Pankaj Advani, are amongst the sportsmen to be felicitated at the Rashtrapati Bhawan. On March 20, 2018, the first batch of Padma awards were conferred to the recipients.

A dinner ceremony was hosted by Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday for 41 prominent people. Monday's event sees the ruling party big shots attending the event that includes PM Narendra Modi. A total of 9 Padma Bhushan awards are to be given.
