Jose Mourinho found himself in the center of a fresh controversy when he put his hand to his ears and pointed towards the Juventus fans. United staged a brilliant victory against Juventus when they came back from trailing 0-1 to winning the match 2-1 in the last five minutes. In the post-match press conference, Mourinho said he was booed constantly by Juventus supporters.

Post the match, Mourinho was asked about his gesture, and he said that the Juventus fans were quite hostile towards him. They insulted him several times during the entirety of the match. Mourinho said that what he did was not offensive, compared to what he was subject to. He said he wanted the Italian fans to speak after he snatched away the victory.

It will be right for us to say Mourinho should have displayed more responsible behavior and not give in to provocations. However, that is who Mourinho is.
