#GamingBytes: The best skills to unlock in Spider-Man
Spider-Man for PS4 has been loved by gamers. They cannot get enough of the web-slinging action. As they progress in the game, there will be skill points to unlock. They give Spider-Man different abilities. While all skill points need to be unlocked before the game gets over, some of them make progress easier. Read about the 5 most important skills you should unlock.
The categories of skills
Spider-Man has three categories of skills - innovator for attacks, webslinger for movement and aerial combat and defender for blocking attacks. Players should unlock the skills based on their gameplay style. For example, people who don't play a protective game should unlock defender skills.
Bring the fight to the floor
In the Innovator category, the best skill to have is 'Hazard Zone', which knocks enemies down. The 'Collateral Damage' skill is useful as thrown objects injure all nearby enemies. 'Wrecking Ball' is important when tackling brute enemies as Spider-Man can grab and throw them after he webs them. The 'Pistol and Baton Yank' is a necessary skill which lets Spider-Man quickly disarm his enemies.
A good defense is also a great offense
One of the most useful Defender skills is 'Perfect Dodge'. This allows Spider-Man to dodge an attack and shoot a web at the attacker's face. 'Payback' is another important skill in battle as Spider-Man instantly knocks down enemies who are shooting. The 'Last Stand' comes when he is about to lose a battle and gives him a chance to dodge and return to combat.
Travel and fight in greater style
One of the most important Webslinger skills is 'Air Marshall'. It lets Spider-Man deal more damage in air-attacks. The 'Quick Zip' skill comes in handy as it makes moving across the city faster. 'Bunker Buster' is a great skill as Spidey's swing kick can knock over enemies with shields. The 'Long Strike' increases Web Strike's range and damage so players should unlock that first.
