2nd T20I, Mohammad Amir and Shaheen Afridi floor NZ: Stats
Mohammad Amir marked his return to international cricket with figures worth 2/13 against New Zealand in the second T20I on Saturday in Rawalpindi. Amir came out of international retirement in March to focus on the ICC T20 World Cup 2024. He was included in the Pakistan squad for the New Zealand T20Is. Shaheen picked up three wickets for 13 runs from 3.1 overs. He got the wickets of Tim Seifert, Cole McConchie and Ben Lister. He used a slower ball to dismiss Seifert. He used his yorkers to dismiss McConchie and Lister.
