Egyptian FA claims it's just a sprained shoulder
While Jurgen Klopp believes Salah's World Cup dream is over, the Egyptian football association remained upbeat and believes Salah would recover in time for his country's first World Cup game in 28 years. The Egyptian FA tweeted saying he has undergone X-rays and claim the injury is a sprain in the shoulder ligaments and he will be fit in time for Russia.
Horror tackle by Ramos caused injury
The 25-year-old injured his shoulder after landing awkwardly following a challenge from Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos. The Spanish centre-back held Salah's arm as they tumbled to the ground. Ramos and Salah's body weight ended up on his shoulder. Sergio Ramos has sent a message of support to the Egyptian and insisted that he had no intentions of injuring him.
