IPL 2025: Gujarat Titans appoint Matthew Wade as assistant coach

The Gujarat Titans have appointed former Australia wicketkeeper Matthew Wade as their assistant coach for Indian Premier League 2025.
Wade, who was part of GT's title-winning team in 2022, will now join head coach Ashish Nehra and other members of the coaching staff.
This will be his new role after his two-year association with the team as a player in 2022 and 2024.

Wade's journey with the Gujarat Titans has been defined by his on-field contributions.
He played 12 of his 15 IPL matches for GT and was part of the squad that lifted the title in 2022 under Hardik Pandya's captaincy.
After retiring from international cricket, which resulted in his omission from the IPL mega auction, Wade continues to be an integral part of GT's coaching team.
