India's middle order batsman Manish Pandey has flown to Mumbai after helping Karnataka win the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy on Sunday. Pandey is getting married to Indian film actor, Ashrita Shetty on Monday in Mumbai. Karnataka beat Tamil Nadu in the final of the Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 tournament. Here are all the key details.
Pandey confirms he is getting married
After leading his side to glory in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, Pandey confirmed on Sunday that he is set to get married. "Looking forward to the India series, but before that there is another important series for me, I am getting married tomorrow," Pandey said. He will be next seen in India's limited-overs series against West Indies, starting December 6.
Pandey praises Karnataka team for superb show
Pandey praised the Karnataka players for standing up throughout the tourney. "We [Karnataka] won it last year but this year the victory was a lot sweeter. The way the boys played the entire tournament has been unbelievable. Everyone has put in so much effort that I thought it was a very good game. It came neck to neck but we deserved it."
Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy: How did the final pan out?
Batting first, Karnataka scored a challenging 180/5 in 20 overs. Skipper Pandey smashed a 45-ball 60*. For Tamil Nadu, veteran spinner R Ashwin (2/34) shined with the ball. In reply, TN took the match close with crucial contributions all around. Vijay Shankar's (44) run-out proved to be costly. The side lost the match by a solitary run to hand Karnataka the trophy.

Ashrita Shetty, 26, has predominantly featured in Tamil films. The talented actor rose to fame after working in Udhayam NH4 alongside Siddharth. She has also featured in Oru Kanniyum Moonu Kalavanigalum and Indrajith among other films.
Pandey will hope to shine against West Indies
India take on Windies in a three-match T20I series. That will be followed by a three-match ODI series as well. Pandey will hope to play a role in the middle order and contribute for the side. He is experienced and can add more depth.
