The Sky Blues won their 5th title after second-placed Manchester United suffered a shocking 1-0 defeat at home at the hands of West Brom.
ManU's loss ensured that their rivals were crowned as champions.
City have won the league with 5 games left to play and are 16 points ahead of Manchester United.

Guardiola wins his first Premier League title
City have scored 93 goals and have lost just two games this season.
This is Manchester City's third Premier League title in 7 seasons and Pep Guardiola's first league title since he took over the Citizens two years ago.
Guardiola is now the first Spanish manager to win the English top-flight title.
