Video: City goalie Ederson sets Guinness World Record!
What's the story
Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson has been a revelation since joining the club in 2017.
The player helped his side win the Premier League title besides the League Cup this season.
After his performances, which have garnered a lot of praise, Ederson created a new record in the Guinness Book.
This is what the player did to earn this new laurel.

So what did Ederson do?
The Brazilian keeper created the new world record for the longest football drop-kick.
Ederson surpassed the previous best mark which was 75 metres.
He was given three chances to break the record and he finally did it in the third after a kick of 75.35 metres.
He is known for drop-kick prowess in the Premier League with some really long ones this season.
