    What's the story

    The much anticipated two-Test series between hosts India and Bangladesh is set to take place from September 19 in Chennai.

    India have had a dominant past outing against Bangladesh in Tests.

    India have won all the matches played (one abandoned, one drawn) and boasts a head-to-head record of (11-1-0).

    Here we decode the lowest totals (innings - bowled out) in Bangladesh vs India Tests.

    Bangladesh 91/10 - Dhaka 2000

    Bangladesh recorded their lowest-ever Test total against India in the only Test in Dhaka (2000).

    The Tigers managed 91 runs in the second innings, courtesy of 3-fers from Sunil Joshi and Javagal Srinath. The hosts were folded for 400 in the first innings.

    However, India won the match by nine wickets after chasing down a target of 64 runs in their second innings.

    Bangladesh 106/10 - Eden Gardens 2019

    Bangladesh recorded their second-lowest Test total against India during the second day-night Test in Kolkata, in 2019.

    The visitors were folded for 106 runs during the first innings, thanks to a 5-fer from Ishant Sharma and a 3-fer from Umesh Yadav.

    Bangladesh's Shadman Islam was the highest scorer in the innings(29 off 52). India won the match by an innings and 46 runs.

    Bangladesh - 118/10, Dhaka 2007

    During the second Test in Mirpur (2007), a five-wicket haul from pacer Zaheer Khan and a 3-fer from Anil Kumble restricted the hosts to 118 runs in the first innings.

    India posted a massive 610/3d in their first innings. Bangladesh scored only 253 in the second innings after a follow-on from India.

    India won the match by an innings and 239 runs.

    India - 243/10, Chattogram 2010

    India recorded their lowest Test total (innings) during the first Test of the India tour of Bangladesh in 2010.

    The visitors were bowled out for 243 during the first innings, after 5-fers from Shahadat Hossain and Shakib Al Hasan dimantled the Indian batters.

    India bounced back in the second innings (413/8d) and won the match by 113 runs after Bangladesh were folded for 301.
