Cristiano Ronaldo and Sergio Ramos scored a goal each against Real Betis to help Real Madrid get back on the top in La Liga at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. Ronaldo scored in the 41st minute, while Ramos's goal came in the 81st minute; Antonio Sanabria had scored the only goal for the visitors in the 24th minute.
Griezmann helps Atletico win against Granada
Atletico Madrid defeated Granada FC 1-0 after Antoine Griezmann scored a late goal for the visitors. After a goal-less first half, Griezmann netted a header in the 84th minute of the match to give Atletico three points. It was the fourth goal for Griezmann in the last four encounters. With this win, Atletico Madrid has inched closer to Sevilla in the table standings.
Sevilla, Valencia draw their respective games

Barcelona handed a 1-2 defeat by Deportivo
Deportivo de La Coruna ended FC Barcelona's unbeaten streak after registering a 2-1 win. Joselu scored the first goal of the match in the 40th minute of the game to give Deportivo a 1-0 lead. Shortly after, Luis Suarez scored the equalizer in the 46th minute. In the 74th minute, Alex Bergantinos headed in the winner for the hosts from the corner.
Athletic Club defeats Real Sociedad 2-0
Seventh placed Athletic Bilbao defeated sixth placed Real Sociedad 2-0 to win their second consecutive match. Raul Garcia and Inaki Williams scored a goal each in the 28th and 56th minute respectively.

With 62 points form 26 matches, Real Madrid are on the top of the points table. They are followed by their arch rivals FC Barcelona with 60 points from 27 matches. Sevilla are on the third place, followed by Atletico Madrid. The top three teams will qualify for the Champions League, while the fourth one will be going to the play-offs.
