While speaking to BCCI TV, Kohli said that even after playing for ten years for Team India, he does not feel entitled to anything.
He added that one has to work hard for every run scored at the international level, and he will dive six times in an over if required.
Kohli acknowledges that is the reason he is selected to represent the country.

Further, Kohli added that his commitment or hard work is not a favor that he is doing to anyone, but only because that extra run will help the team.
He added, "The focus has to be that precise and that much finer at that moment. You have to push for that extra run rather than thinking I am tired or mentally not there."

Records broken by Kohli in the second ODI
Kohli broke the record of his childhood idol Sachin Tendulkar when he reached 10,000 ODI runs.
Tendulkar had taken 259 innings to achieve the feat, while Kohli took only 205.
He also became the fastest to complete 8,000 international runs as a captain and became the first batsman to score two consecutive ODI tons against two different opponents.
