Juventus delete 'Number 7' post after it sparks Ronaldo move
The 2018 summer transfer window has seen several big moves. However, nothing can be 'bigger' than Cristiano Ronaldo's speculated move to Juventus. Ronaldo is said to have accepted a 4-year deal which includes a mammoth contract of €30 million/season. Now, a social media post by Juventus, which was deleted later, on Chinese website has 'almost' confirmed this move. Here's more.
A mystery post by Juventus get fans excited
Juventus went on to post a video on Chinese social media platform called Weibo. The video displayed the names of players, who have previously worn the number 7 shirt and then it asked the fans to pick their favorite player. In the end, there was a space for one more name, which have got fans excited. The video was deleted later.
Is the post a sign of Ronaldo's imminent arrival?
Ronaldo has always donned the number 7 on the back of his shirt while playing for Manchester United, Real Madrid and Portugal. The video showed six players, who have won the 7 number jersey up till now. Ronaldo could be the new number 7.
