Ishan Kishan slams century for India C in Duleep Trophy
Ishan Kishan made his return to domestic cricket with a bang as he brought up a century for India C against India A in round 2 of the Duleep Trophy 2024. Day 1 of the contest at Rural Development Trust Stadium B, Anantapur, saw India C be put to bat and Kishan who came in at number four, managed 111 from 126 balls.
Kishan returns with a bang
Kishan was last seen in the Indian Premier League 2024 season for Mumbai Indians. Since then, he didn't play any official tournament. He also didn't feature in round 1 of the Duleep Trophy. Kishan, who lost his BCCI contract earlier this year, came to the crease at 96/1. Sai Sudharsan departed next (97/2). Since then, Kishan and Baba Indrajith adde 150-plus runs.
