IPL - Hyderabad register comfortable victory over Mumbai
Sunrisers Hyderabad chased an easy target of 139 in 18.2 overs, to register a seven wicket victory over Mumbai Indians in the 48th match of 2017 IPL. After losing David Warner in the second over, Shikhar Dhawan and Moises Henriques scored 91-runs together to put SRH in a winning position. Henriques scored 44, while Dhawan remained unbeaten on 62.
SRH look to clinch a win after two losses
After two consecutive losses, Sunrisers Hyderabad will look to clinch two crucial points and increase their chances to seal a berth in the play-offs as they meet Mumbai Indians at home. Mumbai have already assured themselves a place in the next round and will pose a threat to the fourth placed Hyderabad. In their previous IPL10 encounter, Mumbai had defeated Hyderabad by four wickets.
Mumbai manage 138 after skipper hits 67
After Mumbai openers failed to give a solid start to the team, skipper Rohit Sharma played a fantastic knock and guided the team to 138. He scored 67-runs, his highest score in this year's IPL. Along with Hardik Pandya, Sharma put up 60-runs for the fourth wicket. Siddarth Kaul was the most successful bowler for Hyderabad, picking up three important wickets for the team.
32nd IPL fifty for Rohit Sharma
Indian Premier League's third highest scorer, Rohit Sharma slammed his 32nd fifty of the IPL. He is only behind David Warner and Gautam Gambhir, who have scored 35 half-centuries each.
