All-rounder Moeen Ali bowled a superb spell for Kolkata Knight Riders against Rajasthan Royals in the 2025 Indian Premier League encounter at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium, Guwahati.
The off-spinner took two wickets as the Royals were restricted to 151/9 in 20 overs. KKR earlier elected to field.
Moeen replaced Sunil Narine, who missed out with illness. This marked the former's IPL debut for KKR.

Moeen came in as KKR's fourth-change bowler in the first innings. He dented the RR batters with his precise line and length.
The former England spinner first dismissed Yashasvi Jaiswal, RR's third batter to depart.
Nitish Rana was Moeen's second and final victim. With this, RR were reduced to 82/5.
Moeen conceded just 23 runs in four overs.
