IPL: RCB's Jacob Bethell expected to recover from injury soon

English batting sensation Jacob Bethell is on course to make a full recovery from his injury ahead of the 2025 Indian Premier League (IPL) season.
The Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) had picked him up in last year's mega auction.
His stellar showing in a bilateral series against India was halted by a hamstring injury which also ruled him out of England's squad for the ICC Champions Trophy.

Bethell, who is known for his aggressive batting, was signed by the Royal Challengers for ₹2.6 crore in last year's mega auction.
Although this will be his first appearance in the tournament, he has already made a name for himself with an impressive record of 1,127 runs from 63 T20 matches at an average of over 24.

The Madhya Pradesh batter will captain the side in the first match against Kolkata Knight Riders.
