On the other hand, the Sanju Samson-led Royals have claimed nine victories against CSK (win percentage: 39.13). Notably, the Royals defeated CSK on two occasions in the IPL 2020.
The key battles to watch out for
RR skipper Sanju Samson, who remains the only centurion this season, has fallen to Deepak Chahar thrice in the IPL (39 runs off 28 balls). Meanwhile, he has amassed 609 runs from 21 games at a strike-rate of 135.94 against RR. In the bowling section, Dwayne Bravo owns most wickets for CSK at Wankhede (15).
