Delhi Daredevils will need to show killer instincts once again, when they travel to face Chennai Super Kings on Monday. Match number 30 of 2018 Indian Premier League, sees consistent Super Kings looking to up the ante against bottom-placed Daredevils. So which stars would you select in your Fantasy XI? Here is our Dream XI.
Rayudu, Iyer get leadership roles
Ambati Rayudu has been terrific with the bat and is the current Orange Cap holder. His consistency makes us go with him as the skipper so that you make merry when he is on song. Shreyas Iyer is our choice as vice-captain and the 93-run blaze against KKR shows why. The DD player is in good touch and has scored three consecutive fifties.
Raina and MSD in a cracking batsmen show
Suresh Raina's bat has been doing the talking and the southpaw is a vital addition in this batting line-up. Along side him is wicket-keeper batsman MS Dhoni. He has already justified his presence with some epic finishing touches. India U-19 star Prithvi Shaw has given us the indication that belongs to the big stage. Colin Munro could give DD the desired start upfront.
Watson, Bravo are natural all-round choices
The two veteran CSK players Watson and Bravo are our natural choices as all-rounders. Both players give dimensions in different positions with one laying a foundation and another finishing off in style. Added ability to pick wickets is a strong feature.
Trent Boult leads the bowling line-up
Kiwi Trent Boult is in excellent form with the ball and has given DD the cushion by picking wickets atop as well as at the death. He is the joint-leader for the Purple Cap with 11 wickets. Shardul Thakur has given a good account of himself. Eight wickets in six games makes him someone to look forward to. Delhi's Avesh Khan fills the line-up.
