IPL: RCB continue to tumble; go down against Punjab
Royal Challengers Bangalore continued their poor form in the 2017 Indian Premier League and lost the match against Kings XI Punjab. Punjab won it by 19 runs. Chasing a target of 139, only RCB opener Mandeep Singh put up a fight and remained the highest scorer with 46 runs. RCB kept losing wickets and were bowled out for the fourth time in this season.
KXIP eye play-offs as RCB play for pride

On the other hand, fifth ranked Punjab will be eyeing two points and a place in the play-offs. It is their second encounter this season, with Punjab winning the previous one by eight wickets.

Axar Patel's 36 take Punjab to 138
Axar Patel scored valuable 36 runs from 17 balls in the death overs to help Punjab put on 138 runs in 20 overs. Punjab openers went back to the pavilion early, with Shaun Marsh and Manan Vohra stabilizing the innings with a 21-run partnership. Vohra scored 25. Yuzvendra Chahal and Aniket Choudhary picked up two wickets each for RCB.
