IPL- Lynn, Narine power KKR to a 6-wicket win
Kolkata Knight Riders moved to second place on the points table after a six-wicket victory over Royal Challengers Bangalore in the 46th match of 2017 IPL. Openers Chris Lynn and Sunil Narine put on a record 105-run partnership in just six overs to give a solid start. KKR managed to chase down 159 runs in 15.1 overs for the loss of 4 wickets.
KKR look to take advantage of RCB's poor form
Kolkata Knight Riders will visit Bengaluru to play against Royal Challengers Bangalore and will look to tame the star-studded team. Having lost two back-to-back games, Kolkata will want to win against RCB with Chris Lynn back into action after a month long break due to an injury. RCB will, however, look for a win at home to keep their heads high.
RCB score 158 after early shocks
After losing top three batsmen for just 34 runs, Mandeep Singh and Travis Head put on a 71-run partnership to guide RCB to 158 runs in designated 20 overs for the loss of six wickets. Mandeep scored 52-runs, while Head smashed a classy 75 runs innings. Umesh Yadav picked up three wickets for KKR, with Sunil Narine getting two in his pocket.

Playing in his 100th IPL match, West Indies superstar batsmen Chris Gayle was sent back to the pavilion on the first ball of the RCB innings. In 100 matches, Gayle has scored 3578, with the highest score of 175 not out.

Sunil Narine equalled Yusuf Pathan's record of smashing the fastest fifty of the IPL in just 15-balls. Narine hit five boundaries and four sixes today to reach his first half-century of the IPL.
