IPL: MI snatch win away from KKR
A brilliant display of batting by Hardik Pandya helped Mumbai Indians register their first victory in the 2017 Indian Premier League. MI lost wickets after a good start. However, Pandya and Nitish Rana put on 41-run partnership for sixth wicket to help MI chase 179 runs. Rana scored 50 runs, while Pandya remained unbeaten on 29 off 11 balls.
Mumbai Indians play first home game against KKR
Mumbai Indians will play their first home game as they host Kolkata Knight Riders at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Having gotten Lasith Malinga back into their team, the hosts look to bounce back from the first match loss against Rising Pune Supergiant. On the other hand, KKR would want to continue their momentum to win second match of the tournament.

Pandey rescues KKR; put on board 178 runs
After being put to bat first, Kolkata Knight Riders had a shaky start as they lost three quick wickets at 67. Manish Pandey came as a rescuer and put on 81 runs to help KKR score 178 runs after a loss of seven wickets in 20 overs. Pandey hit five fours and five sixes in 47 ball innings.
