Rohit Sharma became the first player to notch four T20I tons. He surpassed New Zealand's Colin Munro (3). Rohit also became the first captain to score two centuries in T20Is. The Mumbaikar smashed a whirlwind knock of 111 at a strike-rate of 181.97. He smashed eight fours and seven sixes. The opener also added 123 runs for the opening wicket with Shikhar Dhawan,
Hitman Rohit a king of maximums
When it comes to sixes, the Hitman is always on song. Rohit notched the most number of sixes in a calendar year in international cricket. Till date, he has slammed 68 sixes in 2018. Rohit has 29 sixes in T20Is and another 39 in ODIs. Last year, he finished with 63 maximums across all formats. Interestingly, he broke his own record.
Rohit-Dhawan's special floor Windies
The 123-run stand by Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan is now the highest for India in this format for any wicket against the West Indies. The previous best was 107 runs between MS Dhoni and KL Rahul for the 4th wicket in 2016. Rohit and Dhawan also notched their 3rd T20I century stand. They joined an illustrious list of batting pairs.

Rohit has the third most number of sixes now in T20Is (96). He is only behind Chris Gayle and Martin Guptill (103). He went past former Kiwi batsman Baz (91). Meanwhile, Dhawan joined an elite list as he became only the 6th Indian player to hit 1,000 runs in T20Is. Dhawan (43) now has 1,023 runs in T20Is at an average of 26.23.
Special Dhawan, Rohit continue to fly as a pair
The pair of Rohit and Dhawan now has the highest partnership runs in T20Is. The duo has 1,268 runs in 39 innings. They have 3 hundred stands and 4 fifty+ scores as a pair. Their average is a decent looking 32.51. In terms of active pairs, the next best is the duo of Martin Guptill and Kane Williamson (1,151).
Rohit the highest scorer for India in T20Is
Rohit became the highest scorer for India in T20Is. The Indian opener overcame Virat Kohli in this process. Virat has 2,102 runs in 62 matches at an average of 48.88. Rohit now has 2,203 runs in 86 T20Is.
Kuldeep the most successful Indian bowler in 2018
Kuldeep Yadav, who required two more wickets to become the highest Indian wicket-taker in 2018 in T20Is, achieved the feat after another magical spell. He now has 17 wickets to his name and went past Yuzvendra Chahal (16). Kuldeep now has 72 wickets across all three formats in 2018. He is India's most successful bowler this year.
