After losing the first T20I of the Nidahas Trophy to hosts Sri Lanka, Rohit Sharma led India bounced back in style to thrash Bangladesh by 6 wickets in the second T20I. Rohit Sharma opts to bowl first
Rohit Sharma, who won the toss, decided to go with an unchanged side and opted to bowl first. India got off to a great start with Unadkat dismissing Soumya Sarkar in the 3rd over followed by Shardul Thakur dismissing the dangerous Tamim Iqbal, leaving the Tigers at 35/2. However, Mushfiqur Rahim and Liton Das steadied the ship for Bangladesh.

But Sabbir Rahman ensured that the scoreboard kept ticking before Unadkat finally got him and made light work of the tail end. Bangladesh scraped to 139/8 and India were up for the challenge.
Bowlers disappoint while Raina continues his dream comeback
Indian bowlers gave away 11 wides and 2 no balls, thereby, bowling 22 overs. Suresh Raina became the third Indian after Yuvraj Singh (74) and Rohit Sharma (69) to smash 50 sixes in T20Is.
Dhawan and Raina guide India to win
In reply, India started well but lost Rohit and Pant early. However, with in-form Shikhar Dhawan at the crease along with T20 specialist Suresh Raina, no target seems too big. The left-hand duo sent the bowlers on a leather hunt and taking India to a comfortable 6 wicket victory over their neighbours. Dhawan scored 55 while Raina pitched in with his 28-run knock.
