Lankan captain Dasun Shanaka has racked up 823 runs in T20Is at 17.89. He has an outside chance of reaching a milestone of 1,000 T20I runs. Shanaka is in line to become the eighth Lankan batter to achieve this mark. Pathum Nissanka has amassed 486 runs and is 14 shy of reaching the mark of 500.
Hasaranga can achieve this record
Sri Lankan all-rounder Wanindu Hasaranga has claimed 57 wickets at just 13.75. He needs three more scalps to become the fourth Lankan bowler to take 60-plus wickets in T20Is after Lasith Malinga (107), A Mendis (66), and Nuwan Kulasekara (66).
