Several present and former players have started participating in T20 leagues.
One suggestion, as per the report, states that participation of players under the age of 32 will be restricted to three T20 leagues per year.
From 2023 onwards, a six-month period will be locked for international cricket.
A cap could also be laid on participation of overseas players in each T20 league.
