Dhruv Jurel shares his first batting experience in Australia

Indian wicketkeeper-bater Dhruv Jurel has opened up on his first experience of playing cricket in Australia.
He noted the unique nature of Australian pitches and how he adjusted his approach to fit these conditions.
"I had a rough idea that the pitches here would be very different from those in India," Jurel told Star Sports.
"I knew the pitches would be bouncy, so I planned my shots accordingly and worked on improving my game."

Jurel has become a strong candidate for the Perth Test squad after his impressive performances against Australia A in the second unofficial Test at Melbourne.
He scored 80 and 68 runs respectively under pressure, proving his worth as a specialist batter.
Before this, Jurel had already played three Tests and scored 190 runs, all at home.

Jurel also spoke about his admiration for legendary cricketer Virender Sehwag, among other influential personalities in the sport.
"Virender Sehwag, my family used to watch him in the beginning AB de Villiers, because of his innovation, the calmness of MS Dhoni, the aggression of Virat Kohli, and the ease of Rohit Sharma," he said.
He revealed his dream to play for India in Test cricket overseas, especially in South Africa, England, New Zealand and Australia.

Jurel expressed his excitement at the prospect of playing in the upcoming matches.
"I remember when matches were held in Australia, New Zealand, and England, we had to set alarms because the time zone was different," he recalled.
Although he admitted to feeling some nerves, he was eager for what lay ahead.
Meanwhile, the series opener will be held in Perth on November 22 followed by a day-night Test at Adelaide Oval from December 6-10.
