England vs India 1st T20I: Dream XI
India's two-month long tour of England will kick off when Kohli and his men lock horns with Morgan-led England in the first of the 3-match T20I series at Old Trafford. Both teams have a plethora of talent and picking your Dream XI is not going to be an easy task. Sit back, relax and follow our guide to win maximum points.
Dhawan, Rohit, Roy and Hales
India's opening duo, Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan looked in good nick against Ireland and are expected to carry the same form into the England series. England's batsmen Jason Roy and Alex Hales have been scoring runs at will, they have provided their side with the perfect platform to post mammoth totals. These four should do plenty of damage in today's fixture.
Jos Buttler will be our wicket-keeper
England's Jos Buttler has been enjoying the form of his life. He recently scored 5 half-centuries in the IPL and then destroyed Australia in the five-match ODI series. Hence, we have opted for the Englishman over our beloved MS Dhoni.
Hardik Pandya and Moeen Ali
Hardik Pandya has been in good form, as well, and he made his intentions clear against Ireland when he scored a breath-taking knock of 32 off 9 balls at a stunning strike-rate of 355.56. England's Moeen Ali will be the second all-rounder in the XI. Moeen hasn't been impressive with the bat, however, he has picked wickets with the ball.
Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal, Liam Plunkett and Adil Rashid
Indian spin twins Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal are expected to cause plenty of problems. Both of them are must in your bowling line-up. England's leg-spinner Adil Rashid has been extraordinary in the games leading to this series. Liam Plunkett will complete our XI and is the only pace bowler in this team.
Captain and vice-captain
Jos Buttler has been a match-winner for England and we expect the wicket-keeper batsman to score plenty of runs. For the same reason, he gets the captaincy nod. Kuldeep Yadav is expected to pick a couple of wickets tonight and he will be our vice-captain.
