#GamingBytes: Hitman gets a special Halloween Pack
Halloween presents a great opportunity for game developers to capitalize on the spooky festivities. Game studio IO Interactive is doing exactly that for its finest episodic assassination game, Hitman (2016). Hitman will get a special Halloween Pack today, October 19, that will be free for all across PS4, Xbox and PC. The new and exciting pack will be available following a short server maintenance.
Embrace the horror with the new addition
The new Halloween Pack will take players to Colorado where the game's fifth episode, 'Freedom Fighters', was set. Notably, the mission where Agent 47 had to assassinate four militia members was one of the toughest in-game. The special offer will allow players to access all available content including Escalation and ten Featured Contracts. Players can also make their own contracts in Contract Mode.
The spooky touch of the ghost-like assassin
The Featured Contracts will set the mood for Halloween spookiness with some disguises that will make Hitman look eerily frightening, or through spooky stories during the briefing. Notably, the teaser for the Halloween Pack shows Hitman dressed as a scarecrow in the Colorado fields. The pack will be available for download from 9:30 PM IST, following the server maintenance from 3:30 to 7:30 PM.

Hitman's Halloween Pack will surely help the game's fans who can barely contain their excitement about Hitman 2. The upcoming game will see Agent 47 in various exotic locales like Miami, Colombia in an interconnected story. Notably, Hitman 2 will be released on November 13.
