Australia were powered by a blistering knock from Travis Head, who whacked a record-breaking 25-ball 80. Mitchell Marsh also led from the front with a scintillating hand.

Australia's opener Head smashed his half-century off just 17 balls, the joint-fastest for the side with Marcus Stoinis. Head ended up smashing 80 off 25 balls (SR: 320). He smashed 12 fours and five maximums. Marsh's 12-ball 39 further bolstered the run-chase.
New Zealand: 143 vs Sri Lanka, 2016
New Zealand stunned Sri Lanka in 2016 by chasing down 143 in exact 10 overs in Auckland. The 2nd T20I between the two sides saw the Lankans score 142/8 in 20 overs. They were down to 98/7 before Angelo Mathews's 49-ball 81 rescued them. In response, Martin Guptill and Colin Munro blew away the Lankan pace attack. NZ won by nine wickets.

Saudi Arabia claimed a similar win against Kuwait in the 2019 ACC T20. They are the only other side to have chased 130+ runs inside 10 overs in a men's T20I. Saudi restricted Kuwait to 135/8 in 20 overs, with Ibrarul Haq and Shoaib Ali taking two wickets. Faisal Khan's 28-ball 83* then powered Saudi to victory in just 9.1 overs.
