During a group stage match against England in 2002, Virender Sehwag and Sourav Ganguly recorded a partnership of 192 for the first wicket.
This remains the highest partnership for India in the Champions Trophy.
Sehwag's 126 off 104 balls and Ganguly's 117* off 109 balls saw India chase down a target of 270 in 39.3 overs, winning by eight wickets.

Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli - 178* vs Bangladesh, 2017
The second-highest partnership for India in the tournament was recorded by Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli during the second semi-final against Bangladesh (2017).
The duo stitched a partnership of 178* (second wicket). Rohit slammed 123* off 129 balls, Kohli smashed 96* off 78 balls.
This saw India scale down the target of 265 runs (40.1 overs), setting up a gigantic final against Pakistan.

VVS Laxman, Sourav Ganguly - 161 vs Kenya, 2004
Batting first India set a target of 291, thanks to a brilliant 161-run partnership between Ganguly and VVS Laxman for the second wicket.
This happened during the third group stage match against Kenya in 2004. Ganguly smashed 90 off 124 balls. Laxman managed 79 off 99 balls.
India won the match by 98 runs, restricting Kenya to 192/7 in their 50 overs.

Sourav Ganguly, Rahul Dravid - 145 vs South Africa, 2000
The fourth-highest partnership for India in the Champions Trophy is owned by Ganguly and Rahul Dravid.
The duo managed a 145-run partnership (second wicket) against South Africa during the second semi-final of the 2000 edition.
Meanwhile, this saw India manage 295/6, as Ganguly smashed an unbeaten 141, and Dravid scored 58.
However, India won the match by 95 runs, folding South Africa for 200.
