During the second ODI of the 1999 New Zealand tour of India, Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid forged the highest-ever partnership in IND-NZ ODIs.
The duo stitched a 331-run for the second wicket propelling India's total to 376/2.
Tendulkar smoked 186 off 150 balls while Dravid managed 153 off 153 balls.
Meanwhile, thanks to a brilliant bowling effort, India won by 170 runs.

230- Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli (2017, Kanpur)
In the third ODI of the 2017 NZ tour of India, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma recorded a 230-run partnership for the second wicket.
Batting first in Kanpur, Rohit's 147 off 138 balls and Kohli's 113 off 106 balls, saw India manage 337/6.
In response, Colin Munro (75), Kane Williamson (64), and Tom Latham's (65) half-centuries weren't enough as India sealed a six-run victory.

Williamson and Latham smashed the third-highest partnership in IND-NZ ODIs in 2022.
During the first ODI of India's tour of NZ in Auckland, the duo cast an unbeaten 221-run partnership for the fourth wicket.
Latham's 145* off 104 balls and Williamson's 94* off 98 balls saw the hosts chase down the 307-run target in 47.1 overs.
NZ won by seven wickets.

Shubman Gill and skipper Rohit stand fourth on this list thanks to their 212-run partnership in 2023 for the first wicket.
Batting first in the third ODI during NZ's tour of India (Indore), Gill's 112 off 78 balls, and Rohit's 101 off 85 balls took India's total to 385/9.
Meanwhile, three-wicket hauls from Shardul Thakur (3/45) and Kuldeep Yadav (3/62) secured India's 90-run victory.

Virender Sehwag and Gautam Gambhir's unbeaten 201-run stand for the first wicket ranks fifth on this list.
Achieved during India's 2009 tour of New Zealand (Hamilton), their effort powered India to 201/0 in 23.3 overs in a rain-hit match.
While Sehwag smashed a then-record fastest Indian ODI ton (125* off 74), Gambhir contributed 63 off 67 as India won by 84 runs (D/L method).
