Indian all-rounders Hardik Pandya and Shivam Dube created a new record in the fourth T20I against England in Pune.
The pair scored quick-fire half-centuries, pulling India out of a difficult situation of 79/5.
Their partnership of 87 runs off just 45 balls is now the second-highest sixth-wicket stand by an Indian pair in T20Is.

Kohli and Pandya - 70* vs England, 2021
India were reduced to 86/5 in the 2021 Ahmedabad T20I against England when Pandya joined skipper Virat Kohli in the middle.
Both batters operated cautiosly early on as the track had assistance for bowlers.
While Pandya struggled to got going, Kohli found boundaries toward the end as the hosts finished at 156/6.
The former (77* off 46 balls) dominated the unbeaten 70-run stand as the all-rounder managed only 17* off 15 balls.
England, however, successfully chased down the total.

Pandya and Dube - 87 vs England, 2025
India got off to a poor start in the aformentioned Pune T20I, with Saqib Mahmood rattling the top order.
Dube and Pandya took charge of the innings when the hosts were reduced to 79/5.
After being watchful early on, the duo went berserk toward the end as their 87-run partnership was key in taking India to a competitive 181/9.
Both batters scored 53 runs apiece as India went on to register a 15-run win.

Patel and Yadav - 91 vs Sri Lanka, 2023
Topping the list is the 91-run stand between Axar Patel and Suryakumar Yadav in the 2023 Pune T20I against Sri Lanka.
Chasing 207, India suffered a shocking collapse as Patel arrived with the scorecard reading 57/5. He joined forces with SKY as the duo rescued India with a valiant stand.
While Suryakumar perished for 51 off 36 balls, Patel kept India's hopes alive till the last over. However, his 31-ball 65 went in vain as India were restricted to 190/8.
